EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

 

We gladly refund or exchange under the following terms and conditions

  • You must contact us prior to returning your goods to receive return instructions.
  • All refunds and exchanges require proof of purchase
  • Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition with package unopened.
  • All  mail orders are returned at the customers expense
  • We cannot accept COD shipping. These goods will not be accepted
  • Refunds will only be given once we have received and inspected the item(s)
  • If the goods are found to be in working condition your shipping and packaging costs will not be refunded
  • We strongly recommed that you choose the insurance option for all goods delivered to you as we cannot be held responsible for uninsured items which become "lost in transit" as uninsured items do not have a tracking number (see our shipping terms and conditions for further details)

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If you receive a product that is defective, it is important that you contact us immediately for instructions

  • A warranty claim is a claim against a faulty product due to manufacturing defects.
  • A product that is defective may be fixed or replace in accordance to the manufactures warranty and distributors agreement. 
  • All manufactures warranty conditions must be adherred to.
  • Warranty claims for products where customers have not followed the product manual, misused or altered the product in any way cannot be claimed.
  • Once the product is returned to us we will do our upmost to ensure you receive your goods back within a resonable time frame however turn around time for warranties are dependant on the manufactures or distributors.
