UNINSURED GOODS
We strongly recommend that you take up the insurance option when ordering your products. When you take up the insurance option, your delivery has a tracking number which allows us to locate your delivery through the transport company. One Stop RC Hobbies cannot be held responsible for any deliveries which become "lost in transit" if they are uninsured.

DANGEROUS GOODS
Products that are deemed Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped using Australia Post. These items include but are not limited to, fuel, spray cans, thinners and rocket engines.
Dangerous Goods can only be shipped via courier.

REGULAR POSTAL CHARGES
Large items are normally charged according to their actual weight or cubic weight, whichever is the greater, therefore shipping costs can only be calculated once we have received your order.
